Graham repaired a leaky garage roof and door and adapted the garage space for storage. He was reliable and efficient and the job was completed to a good standard for a reasonable price. Graham is cheerful, approachable and easy to communicate with. There was no problem getting him back after we had paid the bill, for a tiny bit of snagging. I recommend him highly and we shall certainly be calling upon him again!

Graham did some repointing work for us in the 3rd quarter of 2011 followed by some flat roof repair work in the 4th quarter.

I met Graham, quite by chance, a few years ago now. I was new to the area and needed a new kitchen. I wanted a kitchen that I had designed in my head but had no drawings for. He came over and I told him my ideas and much to my surprise he said he would do it.
He worked tirelessly and got around all my hair brained ideas without any problems and rather amazingly without losing his cool once. I quite knowingly call myself a very difficult customer but he rose to the challenge and produced a truly unique and fantastic kitchen.
I have since used his talents for converting a rather ugly garage into a wonderful den for my son.
It is so nice to find a builder that has so much knowledge in so many fields and just gets on with the job without any fuss.

Kitchen and Bath Refurbishment
Graham was recommended to me by a friend at work after a so called plumber tried to refurbish my bathroom but made such a mess of it, I had to pay him off to get rid off him. Not only did Graham install a new kitchen for me, which looks absolutely amazing but also finished off my bathroom. Graham worked very hard, using his skills and imagination and worked to a high standard, the quality of his work was almost overwhelming after he spent days finishing off my bathroom. Graham also went the extra mile by doing extra jobs for me. He left the property so clean and tidy , there was no clearing up afterwards. This man is not just trying to make a living but works with pride and imagination to ensure the end result is far and beyond what a customer can expect. Full Kitchen Replacement
My husband first met Graham Hyde of Replacia purely by chance in the Summer of 2011 when he, (Graham), was constructing a front porch for a relatvely near neighbour here in Wallingford.
In passing, my husband asked if Replacia covered kitchen replacements and, having received a positive reply, requested a quotation for mine which we subsequently accepted.
The result?
An absolutely stunning refurbishment from a very skilled and extremely hard working man with an unbelievable eye for detail and perfection who kept me advised at each and every stage of the operation.
Furthermore, not once did he leave the job for any period except during the occasional "drying times" etc.
Graham worked conscientiously from morning till evening and organised each task so that I was never without a working oven, sink and washing machine until such times as it became absolutely necessary to complete the job. Appliance downtime was thus kept to an absolute minimum. The overall standard of tidiness was equally superb throughout.
Needless to say Graham and his business, "Replacia", come very highly recommended: certainly as far as I'm concerned !
